Actress calls Koff “stylist for my insides”

After all my years of dieting and all the programs I have been on finally Ashley Koff comes along. She makes losing and maintaining weight a matter of self- respect as opposed to self discipline. There are no “supposed to's” and no such thing as being bad or being good. Ashley just inspires me to be as particular about what I eat as I am to what I wear. She is to my inside image what a stylist is to my outside image. Label conscious has a whole new meaning in my life.

Ashley is a healthy living activist and she is single handedly causing a revolution in my household. It started with my nine year old daughter and then myself, my husband, and my teenaged son joined the cause. Like any good activist, she is never a bully, but empowers each of us as individuals. And collectively we are all forming a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Nutritionist is too small a label for what Ashley does. She may just change the world one person at a time.
